Sound engineer, DJ, producer, and guitarist, Ross Lindsay has his foot in every door of the Cape Town music scene. He has recently completed his Bachelor of Arts in Sound Production and is now working in the studio with some of South Africa’s foremost talents and industry professionals, while also emerging as a prolific artist in his own right. Known as Rosco, his personal sound is heavily influenced by the groove of the 1970s disco era and the philosophies of Giorgio Moroder, the "father of disco." He incorporates aspects of the earlier psychedelic rock era and other elements inspired by the current giants of dance music to create his unique style of “Psychedelic Disco.” This has led him to perform at some of South Africa’s top venues, where he shares his passion for music. Uplifting, energetic, and never without a crew by his side, Rosco always puts on an incredible show.
